Pano-Roof Problems

Two weeks ago I opened the sun visor on the pano-roof and that is where my problems began. When I went to close it I could hear the motors/servos trying to close it but no movement. When I got home I decided to try that little wrench in the tool kit to see if I can manually close it, again no movement and I couldn't move the wrench.

Now I figure it is time for a trip to the Stealer where I was told a new frame is required for the pano-roof and it was about a six hour job, a week later my 5 month old X5 is still at the Stealer with no estimation for completion. Anyone else have a similar problem with the roof?

...and to add insult to injury the loaner I was given was a base model (roll down windows, cardboard seats, no cd, etc) Pontiac Grand AM
