Aloha!
Hello all, I have been perusing the forums for a few weeks now and I wanted to get registered and say hello. I am from Honolulu, Hawaii and I recently purchased a 2006 white/gray 4.4i.....I have found these forums to be very informative and am looking forward to becoming an active member here.

  Welcome! It's a shame the speed limit on most of the freeways is 55mph max, so you can't go that fast. I know I'd probably have my license revoked if I drove my X5 there. Where in Honolulu are you from? I used to live in Makiki.

lilbit, when you get around to visiting, make sure to drop me a line. I'll show you some of the spots in Hawaii to have a good time! x5guy, I am in Alewa. I lived in Makiki for a couple of years, then bought a house out in Mililani. As you may or may not know the real estate market blew up out here for a couple of years, so I sold and picked up a place closer to town. I drive my X5 speed limit most of the time so the 55mph thing don't bother me much. It's when I'm out in my Z06 that I need to be careful! LOL No pics of the X yet, but here's one of my Z06:
