Clear Turn Signal Bulbs

I want to replace my amber turn signal bulbs with the ones that are clear and blink amber. What brand does anyone recommend? Where did you buy them? Any concerns with not being as bright as the stock ones? Easy to replace front as well as the rear?

Appreciate the advice!!!!
