Fair Price on 2003 X5 3.0

Picking up a new X5 3.0 from a buddy of mine for my wife. It is a 2003 3.0 with 49k. He's looking for $20k. It has the extended warranty for another couple of years also. Great shape. Seems like a deal. What do you think?

definitely a good price. I paid $20k for 2001 3.0 5 spd with 50kmiles early this year.
