Cool X5 Care Product Preferences

I’m would like to keep my Jet Black 2005 4.4i Sport looking it shiny best and swirl free! I’ve always been a user/fan of Meguiar products, but they sure have become commercialized since I started using them 20 years ago. Not a bad thing, but not sure if they kept up the quality. BTW BMW accessories catalog sells Meguiar products as part of a care kit.

Haven’t used Zymol, but heard its good stuff. What are you guys using? Your experiences would be appreciated.

Meguiers NXT on my X5 AND on my '04 Corvette Z16 Le Mans Commemorative Edition.... I also use Meguiers car wash, doesn't take the wax off. In the spring and fall i wash the car with dawn 1x to get all of the wax off and start clean.

Zaino is too much work for the same results IMHO.

Tried all of the above (on Boxster and 350Z).. best results with zaino, however the X5 is much larger than the two, hence much more time consuming! Meguiars NXT (wash, polish, quick detail, and interior) works great for me overall finished product is very hard to distinguish between that and Zaino.. main difference is that the Zaino'd car will last longer between waxings..
unless you have a whole day to devote to detailing your x5 i'd go w/ the NXT..
