Winshield reservoir leak

My windshield reservoir has a leak. It appears to be coming from a canister which hooks to a small hose for the headlight washers. The canister appears to be cracked from above where a cylindrical electrical piece fits in. I was wondering if anyone else has had to replace this part or if this is a common issue.

my 04 had a problem earlier this summer. Took it in and the dealer said it had to do with a connection at one of the headlight sprayers. Fixed no charge under warr.

Yes, I remember other posts about cracked washer resv. Might also do a search.
