Factory 17' rims.....any use?

Quick question.Will the factory 17' rims fit any other BMW or any other make of car?
I have a spare set and want to sell them.
I know they are good for the snow but here in OZ that just aint a selling point!

Sold my set about 3 years ago to some guy who wanted them for his 3 series. Not sure if they would fit but he wanted them anyways. Sold them for $250.
