Car Phone

My 2001 x5 came with a plug-in for a phone in the center, but i cant find a new phone with this same plug. What are my options, could i rewire it for a new phone, or do i just have to go bluetooth.

If its the standard BMW system you can change the cradles in the centre arm rest to suit various phones.
