Tire pressure

It looks like my one tire is down a bit and i need to fill it up. I was looking at the recommended tire pressures and was not sure which one i should use:

32 front and 39 rear or
32 front and 32 rear??

I believe the 32/32 is for regular loads, that's what I run anyway. when i'm towing the horses i run 39 in the back.

I run 34 front 36 rear on daily. Gives it a bit more harder feel.

Does it matter what the size of the tire is?
I run 30/32 on my 17"
I just got 19" wheels and tires, is the tire pressure suppose to be the same or more?

EDIT: The manual says 32 front, 35 rear for 19" so I got the answer to my question.
