Weird Alarm problem, any ideas?
Alarm goes off for no reason and then I can't turn it off with remote so I try starting it, alarm now goes off but nothing works!!! No interior lights, no remote, no auto window up or down, no lift-gate, not even the self-leveling sups.!!! Alarm wasn't even armed when it went off (I was inside)!!
Any ideas?

Car goes into a safe mode if the alarm is rambling when you try to start it.
I had this same problem occur more than a few times and the dealership couldn't duplicate the problem. Was the door locked when you were inside?

I see... That's what I was thinking, it makes sense. But how to get it out of safe mode? I called both dealerships here and no one knows what the problem is
 . The door wasnt locked, I was just sitting there when it happened...

sort of, but the remote wasn't working so I started it, and now it's in this weird mode. My wipers dont even work. I cant wait untill Nov 10 for the next appointment avail. at bmw with no wipers... Please anyone know how to put it back to regular mode?
