It is a great combination.

Yeah, it's a great combo. I drive the X5, my mom has a 2003 Carrera 4 "in the pics", my dad has an 04 Porsche twin-turbo, and then we have a 996 GT3 Cup car, Porsche 914-6 race car, and a Porsche carrera rs turned into a full blown race car. We are thinking about getting my mom a 4.8is or a porsche CayenneS for a winter car, the current body style X5, since she doesn't like the new E70's.

I post some pics later when I have time!

What brand and model (H1, H2, etc...) bulbs did you buy for the fog lights and the inner halogen lights (the ones closest to the grill)?

Do they match the Xenons pretty closely??

Is there a noticible difference in the interior with the new light kit? They have the interior halogens on Ebay for around $50 bucks.

The 911 Twin Turbo must be amazing on the roads of Colarado!!! Nothing but straight roads and traffic down here

It is, my dad loves it. The fog lights are PIA H3 super plasma and the inner halogens are Sylvania Silverstar 9005's. The PIA bulbs match pretty closely, but the Sylvania ones are still an orange color; I didn't want to sacrifice light intensity for color. The interior xenons I got are from Bimmian, they make a huge differenc but they are quite a lot dimmer. I left the trunk area lights as the originals, along with the glove box since i need to see what is in those areas. All together the upgrades were well worth it, although I am not so sure about the Sylvania's since I do not have my high beams on that often and the daytime running lights make little difference.

Did you get the foglights from Bimmian as well?? Is it a whole new HID type foglight or just new bulbs?
