Horn help? now sounds like Honda

Well the short version of the story, a lady about wrecked me into a wall on the way home from work today and I went to great her with some choice words and honk my horn and all of a sudden it goes from the normal pitch to that of a honda civic (very wimpy). I did some reading and see that there are two horns (high, and low) which are located underneat the left front headlight. I took my headlight out so that I could see the horns and noticed the left horn (if you are at the hood looking in) was producing no noise. Is it just the case that I probably blew that horn? Or is there any other answers? Is this something I can just easily switchout with a oem replacement? Thanks
