opinion on LED turn signals for those who have them

Worth it or not? I'm about to replace all the bulbs and stumbled upon the LED lights at JLevi. Can someone comment?

Do the LED's still require a resistor to prevent the "light bulb out" warning from triggering? That would be my biggest concern.
