I am only selling it because I can't transplant in into my 545i as I was previously told. The emissions setup is COMPLETELY different. Purchased from an insurance company.

I might have overpaid for it ($6500).. maybe not... (ask around....) but after 4-5 months of research.. I decided that it would have required too much surgery and zillions $$$ in labor @$65/hour to make it fit my 04 545i. There are considerable diffferences in the emission setup between the X5 4.8 and the 5 series. Again. I mentionned DECENT offer.. I would otherwise hold on to it and find eventually a wrecked X5 or theft recovered... eventually.
