Radio Bluetooth CD malfunction

I have a 2004 3.0D with Comms pack and bluetooth. The radio, and CD will not function, as in when I press the button nothing happens and the telephone option has disappeared from the menu screen as well. I have done all the obvious, fuses, wires, etc and can find nothing amiss. This happened after we had a Tracker fitted (insisted upon by the insurers) and I suspect it may be linked to that, but has anyone come across this before?

Also the TV and Satnav display show on screen but without audio output, I guess for the same reason.
