Workshop manual

im thinkin of fitting lowered springs on the X,
I was wondering where i can get a workshop manual on CD or download?
i looked under the car and the front springs looks easy to replace, dont know about the rear tho any help

good thread indeed thanks, but still doesnt show how to replace my rear springs. does anyone have a "destruction" manual for the rear suspension?

thanks guys, got another question. will my tyres hit the guards when i lower the X? i've got style 177 wheels in 20" staggered. and by looking at the rear tyres (315/35/20) from the side it might be a close call. what do u guys think?
