New to BMW and xoutpost.com!

Hi,

Just wanted to say that I traded our 2004 Acura MDX today for a 2006 X5 3.0 with 4,500 miles on it. The wife is very excited!

We are new to BMW's after having 2 MDX's. The X5 seems to ride a lot smoother, and it has a heavier feel to it. It's white with a tan interior. no navi.

One of the first things that I have to do for the wife is install XM radio. What is the best way to do this? I have seen several adapters after reading through the forum, (BSW, EAS, Blitzsafe), which is best? and why? easiest to install would be nice too. I would like to install it and put the antenna in the rear spoiler like someone did on the front page of the site, but that link appears to be dead now. Anyone else done this? Is it possible to install XM and an IPOD adapter as well?

Thanks in advance.
Charles
