cold engine.... won't move car..... takes 3500rpms!

okay so heres my horror story..... had my axles (front) done and the next morning the driveshaft (front) popped out and slamed everything is reach, BMW dealership took ZERO fault and i thinks that was a scam, but regardless insurance paid me out 2500 and bmw quoted me like 7k i got the parts myself remanafacuted and got it done for 2600.

NOW it is done and i just got it back. it stalled out after i'd been driving it for the first hour, when i treid to take off from a dead stop, started back up and did it one more time, its been 3 days and hasn't done it again, i filled the tank and ran achohol thru it, seems to have helped but the worst prob is THERES NO POWER!!! especialy when i start it in the cold morn, today it wouldn't even MOVE! it toke 3500rpms just to get going in reverse on a flat. and my mini hill in my driveway forget it. after it warms up its fine will climb anywhere, only difference is it seems to be idleing VERY high like about 800-900 and way above that line (bettween 0 and 100) also when i take my foot off the brake at a light or something it just lunges forward.... never did that before...
i'm stumped

think they could have put the wrong axles in? they told me they would have to order them the day i droped it off then they called back and said they found some that would fit...... sketchy u ask me.....

what ever this prob is i think that its what caused my original smash down on my driveshaft, and now i'm afraid to drive if it happens again. And be told its my fault i must of hit something ..... AGAIN.

well thanks in advanced ~ BIGGZ
