I believe they are. A friend of mine bent his steering wheel logo from hitting the horn too hard once. Brought it to his stealer, and they replaced it for him

Just make sure whoever puts them on has a steady hand. They stick extremely well so if you're off by even the smallest bit, you'll have to use an entire new piece. I almost ran out of mine before I wisened up and let someone else do it for me, couldn't hold the damned thing still.
