No hot air on my feet....

Supid question yes, but I can't find anything previously on this. My SAV, when turn on the "foot" selection (to push the hot air to the floor) doesn't blow anything on the drivers side. It does however on the passanger side. Very odd. I'm not getting cold air or anything, all hot. Just can't figure out why my feet cold because of no air being pushed out.


Thoughts?

The previous owner had the steering column replaced back in 2004, not sure if maybe something was missed or even if this piece sits in the same area. Maybe something is blocked???? I'm shooting at the moon with this. More of a logical guess would be a baffle not opening up or something.
