High Beam question

Can you change the stock high beams to white instead of the standard halogens? I have xenons for the regular lights, but the yellow crap for the brights.

I think I'm going to replace the high beams from halogens to xenons and also have a little fun with the other lights. I just upgraded my fog lights to the same type of light that goes in the M3/M5. I'd like to replace the other lights with blue or red, preferably red to go along with the car but I'm having trouble finding them. Does anyone know of a place to look for that kind of thing?

I'm not sure if you can do that, don't want to risk some kind of fire or anything though.
