Whistle Pissed off with car wash!!!

I took my car wash today to "supposed" one of the best ones here in Naples and when I came home I realize there is a part missing..... I look all over the car & nothing, seems that they vacuum it.... Here is a pic

Im' calling the manager tomorrow. Just in case they don't wanna be responsabile for that. Where can I find that part?

the X and the Vette have never seen a car wash,
but I do run theCEO's Honda through one.

Wow, that's some powerful vacuum they use to suck the button off the faceplate! I've heard of people getting their loose change and other valuables "sucked up" (most likely by sticky fingers ) but not car parts.

well it's not actual faceplate,
it's all the buttons in that pic
you can't just buy one button
you have to buy the set, which comes in the a dummy faceplate as in the pic, then you have to take the buttons out and put in yours
they run about $60 from crevier, 80+ from local dealer
at least you'll have all new buttons, because if one popped out that easily you know others will too
it's very common on X5 for those buttons to go bad, or break, once you get the new ones in your hand you'll realize why
