Thumbs up Interior Leak UPDATE

I have finally tracked down the cause of two leaks I had in my X. One was pretty easy to find with some help from members. I had a leak that was coming into the passanger compartment behind the driver/US side.
The cause was the rubber seal at the bottom of the door. It was not secured tight enough to the door and when it rained or the X was washed, water was leaking into the footwell as the rubber drain channels were overflowing into footwell. Here is the cause

The next was a really anoying and hard to find leak!! It was coming into the area in the hatch/boot behind the right rear tailight.

For about 3 weeks now I have been trying to locate the leak. I though at first it was the tail lights as it seemed to be the only logical answer but this was not to be, as the water was leeking in from the right corner on this pic

As the tail lights are sealed in their own unit, the only place for water to get in via the tail lights is where they bolts to the body, or around the the bulb holders. But their was no signs of water coming from either. So I then spent many hours today with water and inspection tools to find it. And after about 2hours I finally got it. The water was coming in via a very very small hole at the corner of the external frame just behind the bumper. Its located at the very right corner

Here is another close up pic, just behind the bumper. The red circle is the hole.

It seem's like BMW missed a spot of weld when building the X as its not damaged or a rust spot, its just a clean cut hole. So I got some exterior sealent that dries hard and in black, to patched it up! Now all is well with my X again.
