35 HP for $7.89

Well just for curiosity I sent away for a module off eBay that promised 35hp. Since the price was only $14 I thought I would at least see what this magical devise looked like. When I got the item I was surprised to see it was shipped in a regular letter envelope and the so-called module was a resistor with shrink rap on it. The seller claimed that this was the new improved stage 10 module and it was specially designed for my vehicle. The instructions where generic and filled with spelling mistakes, that’s always a good sign. I never intended to install such a devise, but was curios to see what it was and how it worked. You would have to be a dumb SOB to install this “plug and play” resistor on any vehicle much less an X5. Just thought I would let you know about this scam, the eBay seller ID was surgeperformance.
