Rusty rotor remedies???

I noticed my rotors and calipers were extremely rusty. Im not sure if the previous owner lived near the ocean or what. I was thinking about painting the calipers silver. When I had my 330 coupe I painted them red. It looked nice but was very time consuming. Im thinking about doing it again. Any advice or problems this may have for the warranty??

What about cleaning the rotors too. ???
