I would imagine that is an aftermarket overlay kit. When I purchased my X it had something similar that is brushed aluminum.

I've seen this in cars before. They are plastic looking and they stick on the surfaces. A good eye will notice immediately that they aren"t real. I would avoid getting this at all. looks fake a tacky imho. |
