semi annual question

Hi guys

I see lots of new members , which is great so time to ask my angel eyes question. Is anyone aware of a Canadian shop that bakes and installs angel eyes in the X5?

Dying to get the mod done and not handy enough to do myself.

any help would be appreciated, thanks guys

also looking to lower the X with H and R or Eibach when I put my 20's back on in the spring.

All the best

Nick

Nick,

I am planning this mod on the wife's new-to-us X5 (we pick it up tommorow). Have you ordered your kit yet? I have heard good things about the JLEVI kit. I have not done an angel eye install myself, but have done a few mod's to my e46 and consider myself to be deciently handy when it comes to this kind of stuff. Since we're both in Cow-town, when my kit comes in we could get together to put them in our X5's...

Did you say you needed brakes done too?

-Jeff

No worries, it gives me a chance to do what I love the most, fiddle with the BMW.

Molson? How about Warsteiner instead?

We should be able to do the springs and the guages at the same time. Is it a new guage cluster or simply new guage rings? Guage rings = simple. Did them on the e46 not a week ago. (Christmas day, as soon as I got them out of the box they were given to me in )

I have the garage, the tools, (except for the spring compressor, which we would have to rent, unless another forum member has a better idea) and the space heater, the only thing missing is your X5! (and the beer!)

How's next weekend sound?

It would be good to wait until spring when you put the 20's on to do the springs.

My garage is fine, it's not that cold anyways, and it beats lugging all the tools around.

Weekend after next works for me, let's meet up for a pint somewhere before hand. I'll send you a PM in that reguard.
