AC scroll wheel broke :(

It doesnt go to the 3dots, it goes but it rolls back up.

It just sticks to the 2dot and 1 dot position.

This is for the blue.

Anyone have this problem?

I tried it with the A/C button on and it still kept rolling back up.

Is your temperature set low enough to require A/C?

Were you trying to use the heat or A/C? It will only work if the settings match.

If you want 3 blue dots, you have to have the A/C button ON and the temperature set cooler than the current temp.

If you want 3 red dots, you have to have the A/C button OFF and the temperature set warmer than the current temp.

If you fail to do that, the scroll wheel will be stiff.

My scroll wheel has been stiff forever since I had the latest X regardless of where I am hot and cold. This was an AC discussion wasn't it?
