Oh, have you removed the "Death Stickers" from the visors yet??? A little rubbing alcohol will do the trick!

If you're looking for more performance mods that are invisible why don't you give Powerchip a try? There's been quite a bit of curiosity for these things here but I've never heard of anyone actually trying it on a valvetronic V8 and thus no reviews we've all been craving...

How about titanium bumper grilles, M-Sport Steering wheel.
Also where did you get the shifter and e-brake boots w/ red stitching?

I'm sure when your lease is up you'll have no problem selling your gear to someone on this board.

I have heard of some owners doing powerchip on 4.6 but did not end up happy.
imola, have you thought about Eisenmann race exhaust? that may give your X around 6% HP gain. They have a 10% discount sale till Jan 15th.

And if you want to do some interior mods: Have you seen the mahogany interior trim and dual-color individual M3 steering wheel? Also a member here has red leather seats on his 4.6.

The dual-color M3 wheel is little similiar but looks much better than one shown in pic below.

hi i heard many of u here saying getting new engine? software, new intake and "chipping" the x5 to get increase horsepower. just wanted to know if there are any down sides to these mods? ie, reduced life of the engine etc... thnx

supercharger
ecu reprogramme eg dinan
rear vision camera
icelink for stealth Ipod fitting
debadge exterior
metal pedals
metal door sills
carbon fibre your internal trims eg www.robson-design.com


that should satisfy your cravings
