Oil Dipstick
Is it possible for a vacuum to be created in the crankcase and is this a problem/concern? Any possible diagnosis and fixes if so? Thanks in advance for any comments. |

TF,
My '01 3.0 is a tough pull, too...but, I always thought it was just that two O-ring gasket. Never gave it any more thought. "Tough" as in a firm tug, but not tough like stuck or, like my Harley's oil bag stick is tough. My stick doesn't "change" in terms of pull force either, so you may have an anomaly or something else going on. GL,mD
