Check Brake Lights, Rear Lights, License Plate Lights
On Friday I replaced burnt out license plate bulbs with the LED white lights from J. Levi. I still am receiving the Check Lic. plate lights, due to the voltage differential discussed on this board. That is fine. On my way back from Philadelphia to DC yesterday (snowing / raining like crazy) the instrument cluster started freaking out and showing, Check Brake Lights... Check Rear Lights like every 10 minutes. I couldn't find anything wrong w/ the lights. Is this an indication of a greater problem? Anyone else seen this?

Isolate the problem. Swap it back to Stock OEM bulbs and see if the errors on the cluster go away.
