Price Worth It?

Hi,

I've been looking for an X5 4.8Is lately. And stumbled on a nice one. Can any of you help me and let me know if it is worth it or not? 2005 BMW X5 4.8is with Navi, Multi CD Changer, Nappa leather. Basically every option but the sports package. And has just a little less than 10K miles on them. Im going to offer 48,000. Is this too much? Too little? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

i am not sure about the price but i thougth the whole point of the 4.8 is to be more sporty thus sports package isnt really a option since its suppose to be already sporty?
