Clear tail and head lights?

Hi,
Is it possible to clear yellow tail and head lights?

2002 and before you have to bake them, then you can take out the yellow reflector...assumming you have sport. But if you have yellow tail lights, i'm assuming you don't have sport, and therefore the only option would be to exchange the headlights and tail lights you have now to the sport ones.
