Tire help! leaning towards nitto terra grapplers...

So now I learn of this off set story....? i'm so lost i've got a 01 3.0 x5 with the sports package (18") and the stock rims..... can i just buy the 255 55 18 tires all round??? or do they have to be 2 front that are diff then then backs??? and what kind do you guys recommend? i live in maine snow city!!!thanks! like i said leaning on those beefy nitto terra's, i've got mx4's on there right now and those WHERE great now there toast. dunno...... i'll ask the pros.

Only 19" and 20" are staggered (wider in the rears).
