fule ignition system message

hello to all, got a message on the dash that flashed on and off saying fuel ignition system, only thing out of the ordinary was this was at the end of a 100mile drive in temps close to 40c with the aircon blazing all the way....drove for about 1km as soon after the fuel injection message the low fuel lamp=and gogn came on dash....refilled x5 with fuel, drove a short distance message went away, stopped started and the message appeared, let her sit about an hour and started her up no more message....

Had no loss of power or rough running after the message, any ideas much appreciated....dunno had the dynamic stability off come on once or twice that went away with no intervention but apart from that nothing else....
