Wavy Images in Driver's Side Mirror

Hi guys! My X5 have cold weather package and have heated side mirrors. I noticed that whenever I look at the driver's side mirror (part #51168247769), the objects behind me appears wavy both when I am parked or running. The original glass mirror was replaced with a brand new one by the dealer bec the black trim cracked but after it got replaced that's when I noticed this. For those who have the heated side mirrors, can you please check if you will notice it? Thanks!
