Goodwill replacement-G. cluster/Nav screen
After reading the thread below, I contacted BMWNA to have my gage cluster and nav screen replaced due to dead pixels on my out of warranty '03 X5 3.0 w/ 61,000 miles.
http://www.xoutpost.com/x5-e53-forum/...nus-labor.html BMWNA agreed to replace the gage cluster but not the nav screen. However, the rep suggested my local dealer might have marketing support. Long story short, my local Service Advisor fought my battle and got the approval to replace both the gauge cluster and nav screen. I just had to pay $54.40 for the labor. Just another reason why BMW and my local dealer have a life long customer ![]() BIG THANKS to Silver 5 and Seattle Topaz for posting this info.
