Wheel arches installed (and damaged)

Okay,

So Friday I take my X5 down to my local stealership to get my wheel arches installed. Only to have them damage my bumber and one of the arches after taking 8 hours to install them.

Sorry the pics are of poor quality. I took them in the garage I park my car at downtown.

Enjoy the dirt.

I got quoted for 3 even though it says 2 in the book. I only paid for 3 hours.

You need to clean your wheel wells!

Pull off each wheel (one at a time) and scrub it clean. After that, with each wash just reach in and wipe it down (you won't need to remove the wheel). Keeps the car looking showroom clean all the time.

I called on Sat, left message, no call back.
I called this morning 9:30 am, no call back.
I called at 2:00pm, asked to talk to service manager, she transfered me, I got disconnected.
I called back at 2:10pm asked to speak to service advisor, she was on the phone.
Service advisor missed me somehow and finally left a message 2:11pm
I call right back to direct line 2:12pm, no answer.

I do, but it rains here all of the time. Not easy to keep clean. Especially when I keep going snowboarding.

Call again and ask to speak to the general manager.

BTW does anybody here think the damage is too small to worry about and I am being anal.

I do have a habbit of that. But hey I paid $64k for the car, $4.8k for the wheels, $900 for the arches and $330 for install. I don't think I should have to put up with a crappy job like that.
