Nokia 9300i compatability with Bluetooth

Hi All,
Just bought an X5 (E53) today. Have tree to pair my 9300i communicator without success.
Is there any solution to my problem or do I need to change m phone. Would like to think there is a solution without having to change the phone. As it will be like loosing my right hand.
