Question strange message on OBC screen
I started my X tonight, my auto-lights did not come on right away and a strange message flashed across my OBC screen. It said gurt angeld, I am not sure what this is, nothing else happened. I reset a fault code that had come up today, P0174. Could this be related?? Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

The message has not shown up for a while. It happened when after I reset my check engine soon light.
