You would need a special tool to clean wheels like that. Something like one of the AcePowerSticks from DetailersDomain but that would be a small price to pay.
They would not be my favorite wheels for an X5 though. They are too "busy".

Use those rims and buy the standard tire for the x5's 19's. 245-45-19 285-40-19. It will have the same stagger as the stock nineteens but not as much as all the 20" oem wheels for the x5
