Strange sound from wheel after carwash.....

Just wanted to gather everyones thoughts. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated

When driving home from the carwash this morning, I heard a sound comming from the front right wheel area. It sounded like a wobble but did not jar the car. As I drove, I thought that I had a flat tire, but after checking multiple times, my tires/wheels were fine. Then I drove an extra 10 minutes and realized the sound was still occuring. It is not affecting the drive, but it sounds like a flat tire. It is still making a wobbling type sound after a few minutes of driving. I think it could be comming from the CV boot or shock absorber.

Does anyone have any ideas of what this could be?
Thanks

What is the temp there now? Any snow/ice on the X before you washed it? If so could have dislodged a piece and it is rubbing on the wheel/rotor/something.

How would I know whether the wheel is bent, is there any visual indication? With a warped rotor, are there any visual indications?

As for the temperature in DC its been in the 20-30s for the past few days. Today its 36 degrees outside, but there has been no snow or ice on the car....

Thanks!

Oh yeah, I forgot to ask, it is possible to bend a wheel without hitting a pothole?

That sounds like it would be odd....

Obviously we don't know. Could have just thrown a wheel weight.
Gonna have to have checked out at any rate to be sure.
Especially the way you are able to notice it.

Thanks everyone for the help
I have a feeling it could be a bent rim, but I only rubbed the curb when parking, its not like I hit it going 5 miles per hour! I hope I am wrong....

Talking Problem SOLVED!!!

Took the X5 to a dealer to figure out what the source of the sound.....After 5 minutes the tech figured out that since I recently installed new 20's on my car, the lug nuts were a bit loose. Apparently, after 100 miles it is pretty standard to have a "re-torque" and had I not brought my car in, I could have been in a bad situation!!

The tech was really friendly and said that many people come in with this issue since it sounds a lot worse than it actually is, but I am just happy that this is all squared away

Thanks for your help.
