Need Help: Possible Broken Window Shade: Stealership Involved

So, im leaving church and want to roll up my driver side rear window screen (sunny day) and I hear a small pop when I get the screen all the way to the top. It appears as though the little roller lost its tension and won't roll the screen back into the door. The screen itself is not torn from the roller but surely won't roll back into its designated space....

Any help on fixing or replacing this window screen? If a replacement is needed, what kind of cost am I looking at?
(got extended warranty with $100 deductible but I'd rather do it myself if possible)

Also, The car wash people broke one of my screen holders/hooks (at the top of the door). Anyone have a part # or price for that?

Thanks!
