SatNav missing in Computer after jump start

Last week I dont know what my wife did to my lovely X5 - but in the morning battery was flat. So I jump started it and to my horror the computer died as well as a lot of other stuff like indicator etc..

I Called AA and he suggested that disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it will reset the computer. So he did and he was right. Computer and most of the functionalities came back.

But

I lost the sat nav completely. No sign of it in the computer. I went to my local BMW in Guildford Surrey, UK and they suggested I book it in and it could be a couple of hours labour to investigate. (please note that in UK BMW charges £120 GBP per hour + VAT = £140 GBP or about $270 USD per hour so couple of hour is a lot

I booked it for next Friday and I hope someone has come across the same issue and has a solution for me.
