Advice on pricing

Guys-

Does this sound about right? I am currently out of town and my wife advised to me that the X5 was making a "bad" front end noise. Told her to take it to our local indy shop to have it looked at because I'm out of town and didn't want to wait if it was something bad....

They advised...

Need both front end control arms replaced.
Need Tension arm replaced
Plus obviously front end alignment after this..

Parts and labor....$1062.09.

Seems in line but wanted to ask a few of you...

Thanks as always. Mark

One more thing...the truck ran out of CPO warranty back in november. I currently have 93k on the clock. Thus the reason for my indy shop.

Darn, I was hoping you wouldn't say that.

He quoted me 320 bucks for the control arm I do know that. I need to look stuff up on real OEM to get some prices.

I actually trust the shop, I shopped around for my CV boot job and they were right on the price.

Anyone else chime in if this is bad or reasonable?

As always,

Thanks!

Ok, help I'm lost.....

From what I'm looking at the control arm and the tension arm look the same????? On REAL OEM they don't list the control arm or show it from what I can see. They do show the tension arms though....
05 LEFT TENSION STRUT WITH RUBBER MOUNTING 1 31126769717 $159.59
06 RIGHT TENSION STRUT WITH RUBBER MOUNTING 1 31126769718 $159.59

I'm losing it. Help.....

I believe the name of the company that makes the OEM control arm part is called Lemforder..
