By and large most BMW owners stick with OEM. But do a search and you will find plenty of discussion about the issue. Personally? Mine is still under warranty so I won't be using anything else. But even in my 7 series i never used anything else.

MANN filters, you can buy them online everywhere...well maybe not everywhere.

Autozone sells Deutsch brand; they look almost identical to
Mann or oem, but I cut open a used one and it's cheapazz inside...made by Champ, not to be confused with Champion. I'd stick to Mann. BR,mD
