How do I install license plate bulb resistor?

Hey guys, i want to put the LED license plate bulbs on the X, but I don't want that stupid "check license plate bulb" error on my dash. So i have found out that you need to install a resistor to eliminate that warning and i want detailed instructions on how to do it because I am not as they like to call an "electrician!"

Easy:

But hardest step is to find place for resistor since space is very limited.

so you basically just tap the positive into positive, and negative into negative by splicing the wires? Also where can i mount the resistor? Who sells them? radioshack?

You will have to take apart tailgate to get the space for your resistors. You can get them on eBay or JleviSW.com
