Dumb question: Regular vs. Sport, differences?

I got a 2001 sport. Just wanted to know what MAJOR differences between the two?

I wonder if my car sits lower? And i think my ride is a little stiffer....

somebody must've watched Bull Durham on tv again recently.
You keep up those chick questions and we'll keep laughing at you. What's a headliner? Is there some sort of compound used for rubbing out scratches? If you're a dude you should be ashamed of yourself.
