Problem of wiring V1. Might need to know where the fuse is in order to repair.

Hi guys, I just got my 01' BMW X5 4.4i. I was trying to hardwire V1 into my front dome light. I tried using the power from the "Home Remote Control" (don't knwo how to call it, which has three buttons and is located near the dome light and sunroof control). I connected the red cable of V1 to the red/green cable of HomeRmote, and connected V1's black cable to HomeRemote's black cable. It works, however, I accidently put the HomeRemote's red/green and black cable together. It sparks and has no more power lol. I tried several times and found no way to get power from the HomeRemote again.

So I'd appriciate anyone can advise me any way to get the power from HomeRemote again. I guess the fuse of it burned. But I don't actually knwo where the fuse is and how to change it. Or is it any other way to hardwire V1 from the dome light panel? (I've heard people wire it from the sunroof power, but I can't find which cable I should use.)

Thank you guys for helping me. I'm just new to both BMW and X5.
