You need a heat gun. Hair drier is too cool to work. Need the air to be at or around 200° to melt the glue.

I read somewhere that one person used a hairdryer. I dont know if i believe them, but it might be worth trying if you have one laying around. If not pick up a heat gun as mentioned above. I think they are about $15 at a hobby shop.

you can use a hairdryer, but it will take forever. buy a heat gun and save yourself some time.
